This is the first actual fundraiser event for the Girltalk Program. We are wanting to create a pilot Girltalk Program this summer, and we will be doing a Girltalk Conference in Chicago in July. You are Invited to Attend a GirlsTalk Glam Day on June 12, 2010. It is a fundraiser for the GirlTalk Program, where girls learn how to positively speak their truth and change their life.

What is IT?: A day, where girls ages 8 and up, and the women that support them have an opportunity to come have make-overs, listen to inspiring speakers about beauty tips, hair management, health issues and how to really stay fit mentally, physically and spiritually.

What You Will Get: Free makeovers, Free Lunch, Photos and Informative resources about how to keep your body in shape and get information on other wellness activities in the local area.

How to Get the GLAM Effect on Any Budget

Each class will be age appropriate, and we welcome the parents to be in the classes with their daughters.

GirlTalk is a non-profit and charitable program of Inspiring You Ministries that teaches and trains girls how to become empowered, educated and inspired to use biblical success principles with mainstream information resulting in motivational change. The GirlTalk program targets girls between the ages of 8-21 years old, and the caregivers that support them. We desire girls to have an opportunity to foster positive relationships with peers and parents by identifying strengths and areas of improvements that result in authentic results driven conversations with themselves and the surrounding community.

We believe that "what one talks about generally tells you what one knows". We desire that girls everywhere know the TRUTH about themselves, and about others.
